TOMMY GLENN, CEO
Tommy was President and Founder of NetBank Payment Systems, Inc. (formerly Financial Technologies, Inc.). Tommy founded FTI in 1995 and oversaw its profitable growth for 8 years before selling to NetBank Inc., in December 2003. Under Tommy’s leadership, FTI became one of the largest ATM deployers in the US, featured in Inc. magazine in 2000 and again in 2001 as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the country. The Mississippi Business Journal similarly named FTI one of the Fastest Growing Companies in Mississippi in 1998, 2000, and 2002 and recognized Tommy as one of the state’s most outstanding businessmen under the age of forty. Tommy subsequently oversaw the growth of NetBank Payment Systems (wholly owned subsidiary of NetBank Inc.) to the 2nd largest bank‐managed ATM network in the US.
Tommy holds a BA in Psychology from Mississippi State University and an MA in Counseling from Regent University.
CRAIG OLSEN, CFO
Craig has 25 year financial management executive with major corporations such as Allis-Chalmers, ADVO System, Danka, Equifax and CL Verify LLC. He has led finance, accounting, operations and MIS functions in the U.S. and abroad and brings deep experience in corporate development and financing.
Craig holds both an MBA and BA from the University of Wisconsin.
SHANA BURSI, COO
Shana served as the Vice-President, Operations of Financial Technologies, Inc., which later became NetBank Payment Systems, Inc. and Payment Alliance International ATM Services Group.
Shana has created Customer Service, Customer Implementation, Customer Retention, Network Compliance, and Training departments from scratch, including the development of processes, policies and procedures that are still used today. During her nine-year tenure, she worked very closely with the legal team, had direct responsibility for the IT, HR, and project management departments, and was accountable for network compliance, vendor management, and disaster recovery.
Shana holds a BA in Philosophy and in Communication from Mississippi State University.
DAN BRANDON, EVP of Sales
Dan has more than 25 years experience working with retailers to deploy technologies. Dan most recently served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of SAF USA, Inc., a Swiss based company that provides demand-forecasting software. Prior to working for SAF, hewas Vice President/General Manager of supply chain, planning, and optimization for the retail software company, Retek and Vice President for Retail Business Development at SSA Global/EXE Technologies, a provider of software that drives supply chain execution processes.
Dan attended Oklahoma State University and Central State University.
ROBERT “ROBBY” A. GLENN, Field Services Manager
Robert has extensive experience in both managing teams and business development. Prior to joining Essentia he served as both Sales Manager and Major Accounts Manager for NetBank Payment Systems. He led the sales team that helped develop NetBank Payment Systems into the 2nd largest bank managed ATM network in the US. He also played an integral part in growing FTI (its predecessor) into one of the largest ATM deployers in the US.
Robby holds a BA in Business from Mississippi State University.
